Bobby Waltman is a personal injury trial attorney who represents people going through some of the hardest moments of their lives and takes that responsibility personally.
Over the past three years, Bobby has recovered more than $15 million for his clients, and he has been recognized as a Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers.
He has served as first chair trial counsel in over 35 jury trials, giving him extensive courtroom experience that directly impacts how he handles every case. Insurance companies recognize when a lawyer is actually willing and able to take a case to trial, and Bobby uses that leverage to maximize results for his clients.
What truly sets him apart is how involved he is with his clients. Every client gets direct access to Bobby including his personal cell phone number. That level of access is intentional because he believes clients deserve a lawyer who is present, responsive, and genuinely invested.
Bobby prepares every case as if it will go to trial. He doesn’t rush settlements and doesn’t accept low offers just to move on. His focus is simple: get his clients the best possible outcome, not the fastest one.
He regularly handles serious injury cases involving death, traumatic brain injuries, fractures, spine injuries, and surgery cases. He works closely with doctors and experts to build strong, credible cases that hold up under scrutiny. Bobby was born and raised in Southern California. He received his bachelor’s degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he was awarded Distinction in the Major. In 2012, he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Fowler School of Law at Chapman University, where he was awarded a full merit scholarship. He occasionally returns to Fowler School of Law as a guest lecturer on topics involving litigation and trial.
Clients hire Bobby because they want a lawyer who will take their case seriously and stay involved from start to finish.
